The AOA Expo & Conference is the only event designed and held expressly for airport operations, maintenance and engineering managers coveraing all aspects of airfield operations in the U.S. Take two days to join colleagues from across the U.S. and Canada in discussing and learning about the latest issues in airfield operations, to network and to meet vendors on the show floor.

The AOA Exposition and Conference offers attendees the opportunity to view, test and discuss products/services displayed by today's leading airfield operations companies. Attendees will also have the choice of attending 14 seminars/presentations dealing with all aspects of airfield operations. Topics to be discussed will pertain to*:

Open Call for Speakers

AOA Expo & Conference is planning the 2007 conference sessions and is looking for speakers from the airport, consultant, and vendor community. If you are interested in joining other industry experts in speaking, please contact the show manager with your idea.

Attendee Costs & Inclusions

Attendee cost is $250.00 per attendee. This fee will cover access to indoor and outdoor exhibit areas, admission to all seminars and sessions, an attendee binder with all presentations included, admission to the opening night reception (drinks and food served), breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and demonstrations at the airport on Tuesday Afternoon.

Registration

Attendees can register by credit card or check via our online registration form. If you pay by check, please make sure to follow the instructions provided to you after submitting the form.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund requests received before May 15, 2007 are subject to a $100 processing fee. After May 25, 2007, there will be no refunds. Substitutions or alternate attendees will be accepted without penalty. No-shows will not be refunded any money.
