BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DEMO:  a patented airport sweeping system that collects loose debris from ramps, gates and runways with speeds of up to 25 mph.  Prior to the introduction of this technology, debris was removed manually and could take hours of back-breaking work to succeed.
SPECIAL NEEDS/REQUIREMENTS: No special needs

PRODUCT/EQUIPMENT TYPE:  Hagie GST chemical sprayer, edge light plow, flail mower  (ii) Vammas PSB 4500 multi-function snow removal unit
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DEMO:  They will show Hagie unit spraying on runway/taxiway, going over edge lights and mowing patch of grass and will demonstrate ease of switching between all three attachments.
SPECIAL NEEDS/REQUIREMENTS: We would need assistance getting the Hagie attachments to the airport.  Probably need a forklift to put them on a flatbed.  Or we would use the Hagie to bring each attachment over individually.  We'd probably need the vendors around our space to move their equipment while we maneuver around.
I gave you Roger’s number at 516-576-3200. They need to get the equipment from the hotel to the airport. I still need to check with Joe M. to see if you have a forklift.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DEMO:  Show how the unit will paint solid lines, skip lines, double lines, etc 
SPECIAL NEEDS/REQUIREMENTS: Not at this time but I let Rusty know that he can plan on shooting paint from his self propelled paint striper. Depending on where we hold the demo's, we would like him to touch up a portion of an existing marking - probably yellow and black. Also, he should plan on using latex paint.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DEMO:  Hi-Lite Markings, Inc. pioneered the concept of combining the thoroughness and cost effectiveness of hydroblast cleaning with the speed and efficiency of chemical cleaning. The result is a super clean runway in about half the time of hydroblasting alone. The process of applying the chemical, moderate scrubbing, and a rinse with low water pressure results in a super clean runway with greatly improved friction coefficients. The water flushes the residue from the surface as well as reaching into pores where the brooms cannot. The combination of chemical and hydroblasting is a faster, safer process which leaves the surface cleaner than either of these methods alone.
