Exhibitor Information

Airport Business's AOA Expo and Conference offers organizations the opportunity to display and present their products/services through exhibit space. Exhibit space is available indoors as well as outdoors.

Exhibiting options are as follows:

Indoor Exhibit Space

Booths are sold in 10 x 10 increments, with the maximum indoor space allowed being (2) 10 x 10 booths for a total of a 10 x 20 sized space.

Booth space cost is $14.00 per square foot, or $1,400 per 10 x 10 booth.

Included with the purchase of each 10 x 10 booth space is:

  1. 7"x44" vendor ID sign
  2. 8' covered and skirted table
  3. Folding chairs (qty 2)
  4. Admission to the AOA expo for (4) personnel, including the opening reception from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM Sunday night, breakfast and lunch on the exhibit floor Monday and Tuesday. There is a $75 charge for each additional badge, beyond 4, that an exhibitor requests.

Outdoor Exhibit Space

Booths are sold in 20 x 20 increments with a maximum of 12 outdoor booths per exhibitor. There are 2 options when purchasing outdoor exhibit space. Space will be sold as space only with no tables, chairs etc. Additional items can be provided at an added cost. Please contact your show representative for more information.

  1. Outdoor booth space cost if vendor is not exhibiting indoors as well is $800 for the first 20 x 20 booth, $100.00 for each additional 20 x 20 booth.
  2. Outdoor booth space if an indoor booth is purchased will be an additional $250.00 per 20 x 20 space.

Note: if booking outdoor space only the exhibiting vendor will receive Admission to the AOA expo for (4) personnel, including the opening reception from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM Sunday night, breakfast and lunch on the exhibit floor Monday and Tuesday. If outdoor space is purchased in addition to indoor space the purchasing vendor does not receive any additional admissions to the show.

Open Call for Speakers

AOA Expo & Conference is planning the 2007 conference sessions and is looking for speakers from the airport, consultant, and vendor community. If you are interested in joining other industry experts in speaking, please contact the show manager with your idea.
